END OF THE EVENING
It is a cool evening and the air is fresh. You step outside, the darkness envelops you softly, and above you the stars shine. The warm steam of the hot tub curls up and invites you in. This is not just a moment of relaxation, but a natural ritual to release tension and purify your energy.
You take a wooden bowl and mix a generous scoop of Celtic sea salt with magnesium salt in it. You slowly sprinkle this into the warm water of the hot tub. The salt immediately starts to dissolve and enriches the water with minerals that help detoxify your body and calm your mind.
Then add a few tablespoons of baking soda. This will create a soft balance in the water and support the natural cleansing of your skin. You will notice how the water gets a softer, almost silky texture.
In your hand you have a bundle of dried lavender. You lightly crush the flowers to release the scent and sprinkle them over the surface of the water. The scent of lavender mixes with the steam and fills the cool evening air with a calming, earthy scent.
You slowly lower yourself into the hot tub. The warm water envelops you completely and offers immediate relaxation. As you breathe deeply, you feel the minerals and herbs doing their work. Your muscles soften, your breathing slows down, and your head becomes lighter.
The cold air on your face contrasts with the warmth of the water, helping you to be fully in the moment. Above you, the stars twinkle and you might hear the soft rustling of the wind through the trees. Everything feels pure, natural and balanced.
You don’t have to do anything. No rituals, no words. Just be there. The water, the salt, the lavender – they do the work. Nature supports you, without you having to make an effort.
After a while you slowly rise. The cool air tickles your skin as the warm water slides off you. You feel lighter, freer, as if you have been rinsed not only physically but also energetically.
This is the power of a simple, natural ritual in the open air. The hot tub becomes more than just relaxation – it is a moment of recovery, connected to the elements around you. A bath will of course suffice as well as a lovely shower, it is all about the intention.
