Healing technique to calm your nervous system.

In our modern society, we are constantly exposed to stimuli and stressors. Work pressure, social obligations, digital overload and personal challenges can lead to a constant feeling of tension and unrest. This directly affects our nervous system, which plays a central role in how we respond to stress and how our body and mind remain in balance.

The autonomic nervous system, consisting of the sympathetic (active during stress) and parasympathetic (active during rest) nervous systems, regulates automatic processes such as heart rate, breathing and digestion. During persistent stress, the sympathetic nervous system often remains overactive, causing the body to be in a constant state of readiness. This can lead to complaints such as fatigue, sleep problems, anxiety and physical tension.

Therefore, consciously calming your nervous system is essential to maintaining physical and mental balance. By applying techniques that activate the parasympathetic nervous system, you can reduce stress, improve your energy levels and promote your general well-being.

During the corona period I was completely thrown back on myself. The world stood still, and I was face to face with my own inner world. In this silence I found an unprecedented depth in myself and decided to fully immerse myself in the matter of self-development and spirituality. For hours, for days, I spent in complete solitude, deepening in research and self-reflection. What started as a quest, grew into a magical journey in which I was taken through the lessons of self-love and inner healing.

When I spoke openly about my twin soul journey, I was not taken seriously by many, sometimes even dismissed as 'crazy'. This rejection forced me to withdraw and turn inward. I realized how lucky I was that there was always a protective golden edge around my journey. As if I was guided and received the information I needed at exactly the right time. Often I only understood afterwards why I took certain steps, but intuitively I knew that I had to reprogram myself. The betrayal I felt in the relationship with my twin soul was so deep that I knew the only way out was to organize my thoughts and feelings.

I began to understand that I was not crazy. The intense feelings of exclusion, not belonging, being rejected, not being taken seriously and deep betrayal touched old pains. It became clear that it was time to choose for myself. No more shared fantasies, but a focus on my own path. And at that exact moment tools came my way that I would later describe as pure magic. Music, frequencies and healing vibrations activated my body to resonate on heart frequency. Dance, meditation, light language – everything came at exactly the right time.

Time and again I was able to connect the spiritual with what was happening in the world. I was also very socially engaged, especially during the pandemic. The sharp dividing lines between people, the divide and conquer mechanism, were so palpable. Yet I felt strengthened by the archetype of the activist. My twin soul journey gave me a kind of magical fuel to continue, but I soon realized that this journey was especially for me. I had created this path myself, I wanted to wake up in this way. The deep feeling of betrayal brought back memories, as if I was thrown back into a previous life. I saw parallels with how witches used to be persecuted and burned at the stake for telling the truth or being different.

My fascination with witch hunting grew. I felt connected to the women – and men – who were being persecuted back then. “We are the granddaughters of the witches you couldn’t burn,” felt like a truth that resonated deeply. It brought back images of burnings at the stake, beheadings, and living alone in the woods, ostracized by society. Women who worked with herbs were seen as dangerous, as witches. But they only wanted to heal with their hearts and do good. The patriarchy silenced them, and the Inquisition began its hunt for the wise woman, the witch.

This journey has brought me closer not only to myself, but also to a collective past. A past where truth, wisdom and love were suppressed. But now it is my time to embrace that power and walk my path in freedom.

Skip to the good part below are some parasympathetic activating techniques that I have used, and still use, after I got to the treason part, on my twin soul path, to calm my nervous system.

Awakening Kundalini energy is seen as a way to access the deeper layers of our consciousness, and it can be a powerful catalyst for realizing our dreams and fulfilling our potential.

  • Tarot

Tarot has always had a special fascination for me, but it only became really relevant when my journey with my twin soul began and everything came to the surface. In my search for answers, I noticed that I had less need for dowsing, although as a child I had already received insights through a special method: by pulling a hair from my head and putting it through a ring to dowse. Because I dowsed less, it saved a lot of hair on my head. This was a ritual that helped me find answers to the questions I had about my life and the overwhelming experiences I went through. This search eventually led me to my first tarot deck, and many more decks soon followed.
